Are you accepting new clients?

What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring your pet’s previous medical records, a list of medications and food, and your pet on a leash or in a carrier.

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. We’re closed Sundays and statutory holidays.
Prescriptions and food
How do I refill a prescription?
Call (604) 536-7618 or text (236) 233-3956. A veterinarian needs to approve every refill, so please contact us before your pet runs out.
Can I order food and medication online?
Yes. Order food and medication through our online store for delivery.
