Covid-19 protocols
At this time there are no restrictions concerning COVID-19 at White Rock Veterinary Hospital with regards to number of clients in the reception area or examination rooms. We do ask our clients to physically distance themselves from other clients in the reception area, as best they can. This means allowing enough space between you and others so that everyone feels comfortable. Please respect other client’s personal space.
Wearing a mask in our hospital, as well as most indoor public spaces in British Columbia, is a personal choice at this time. Please be respectful of others whether they choose to wear a mask or not. If you prefer that the veterinarian seeing you and your pet in the examination room wear a mask, please ask and we will accommodate you.
If you are feeling unwell or have recently tested positive for COVID-19, please do not enter our hospital. If your pet needs to be examined, please make arrangements for another person to bring them in for you.
